2. Services
Liranda offers notarization and certification services (the Services). We commit to providing accurate and timely support for your document needs.
3. Information Products
Liranda provides digital guides, templates, and educational materials (the Information Products) designed to assist with document preparation.
4. Goods
Liranda may offer physical items such as certified document holders and stationery (the Goods). All goods will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Liranda, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Liranda and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior permission.
6. Refund Policy
a) Services
- If a cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, Liranda will issue a reimbursement of any processed fees.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for reimbursement, due to preparatory expenses and resource allocation.
- Clients may reschedule a service at least 24 hours in advance without additional charge.
- Certain services with work already underway are non-refundable, including customized document drafting, as resources have been committed.
b) Information Products
- Clients may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.

c) Goods
- Physical items may be shipped back in original condition within 30 days for a reimbursement.
- Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7. Scheduling and Changes
Clients may request changes to the appointment date and time at least 24 hours in advance. Liranda will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests; fees may apply for last-minute adjustments.

9. Limitations of Liability
Liranda’s liability is limited to direct harm actually suffered, and in no event shall exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service or product. Liranda is not responsible for incidental or consequential harm.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
11. Changes to Terms
Liranda may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
